I recently had the pleasure of staying at Payel Inn Asansol, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. **Location:** Situated at the opposite side of the street by the Railway station, the hotel offers convenient access to all the major attractions. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, you'll find everything you need just a stone's throw away. **Accommodation:** The rooms are beautifully appointed, blending modern comfort with elegant design. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of travel. **Service:** The service at Payel Inn is second to none. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were attentive to every detail and always greeted me with a smile. Special thanks to Pradeep for their exceptional hospitality! **Dining:** The dining options are exquisite. The on-site restaurant offers a diverse menu with a range of delicious dishes, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with a variety of options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. **Facilities:** The hotel boasts fantastic facilities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, I had the best time being coached by Gitanjeli. We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was so neat and clean, everything in the room was spick and span. Loved the restaurant and breakfast spread provided. All the staff was helpful and polite. The bathroom was clean with new fixtures with running hot water at all times and AC of the room was in top condition. Stayed in the executive room and it was of a decent size. Everything was just perfect! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a hassle free stay in Asansol.

But when I have reached there, I could find out the facility is not less than a 5 star. Starting from the reception till house keeping, everyone was very polite and helpfull. The room service was excellent. Last but not the least, the breakfast options are outstanding and give you a 5 star feel. I would definitely visit again.
