I recently had the pleasure of staying at Payel Inn Asansol, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. **Location:** Situated at the opposite side of the street by the Railway station, the hotel offers convenient access to all the major attractions. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, you'll find everything you need just a stone's throw away. **Accommodation:** The rooms are beautifully appointed, blending modern comfort with elegant design. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of travel. **Service:** The service at Payel Inn is second to none. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were attentive to every detail and always greeted me with a smile. Special thanks to Pradeep for their exceptional hospitality! **Dining:** The dining options are exquisite. The on-site restaurant offers a diverse menu with a range of delicious dishes, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with a variety of options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. **Facilities:** The hotel boasts fantastic facilities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, I had the best time being coached by Gitanjeli. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel is evident, making it a haven of relaxation and luxury. **Overall Experience:** My stay at Payel Inn exceeded all expectations. Very good experience at this Hotel. Helpful and polite staff. Specially Mr. Praderp Singh at the reception. Smooth check in , no issues during hotel stay. Breakfast had all the food varieties 24 hour restaurant facility. Has shopping centre in the same compound. Has 2 lifts in the hotel, so no issue during peak hours. Very good free WiFi connectivity in the room. Overall Good experience and Highly recommend

The property is next to the train station. Staffs are extremely courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Pradeep (Operations manager), Mr Sourav (front desk), Manojit from the restaurant. Also I got assistance from Sagar and Kunal from gym. The gym is properly equipped which is rarely seen in hotels apart from five star properties. Absolutely loved the stay. Would definitely revisit when I am back to Asansol

Hotel facilities nd staffs are very good Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use.Thank you for the wonderful comfy room & delicious dinner.
